Simply insert the bags of ice that you can pick up from any supermarket. If you prefer you can use the ice blocks. This will take the temperature right down inside. The insulation in this product  is that amazing that even after 5 days you will still have some blocks of ice inside. This even allows for general use opening and closing the lid. This is one of those products that it isnt until you use it that you realize how great it really is!
