Illusion offers the ultimate in flexibility. The Illusion can sleep up
to 8 people with a separate 2 person inner in the living area for
additional privacy or guests. The built in front awning creates a
completely separate area. Alternatively the internal wall can be rolled
away to completely open up the tent creating a huge internal space. With
the options of an accessory sun canopy and a front awning, the space
can be truly tailored for any family.
Family Tent Shop Description
The Vango Airbeam Illusion 800 tent is a very
functional tent with the ability to cater for larger families both in
terms of its sleeping arrangements and in terms of the amount of living
space. The separate bedroom in the living area gives the option for
children to have their own rooms or as a handy extra bedroom for friends
or family. Alternatively this bedroom can be easily detached to provide
extra living space in the sewn in groundsheet area. The front porch
awning area can be used for many functions including as an ideal area
for storing outdoor gear such as boots and coats, as a pleasant alfresco
dining area or as a potential kitchen area. Being part of Vango's Elite
range of Airbeam Inflatable tents the Vango Illusion 800 benefits from
plenty of great features which include; TBS Tension band system, 420
denier fabric for a stronger longer lasting tent, diamond clear windows,
zipped curtains, 360 degree night-time reflective trim, vango airzone
high and low level vents and roller bag. The new Airspeed valve and its
position makes inflating the tent a lot easier.
Recommendation
An absolutely superb tent in terms of specification, quality and
functionality. It would be very difficult to argue that there is a better family inflatable tent on the market. If you can afford it - buy it. If you can't afford it -
beg, steal or borrow the money! (obviously we at the family tent shop
